The Subscriber Manager for Telegram plugin settings are location in the wp-admin dashboard under Settings > Telegram Subscriber Manager. This is the same for the Lite as well as Pro versions of the plugin.
The settings page has two tabs: Settings and Subscribers. The Settings tab contains your bot configuration, channels, and checkout flow options. The Subscribers tab shows a subscriber management table where you can view, search, and manage all Telegram subscribers. See Managing Your Subscribers for details.
